Belt Conveyor Machine is a new type of continuous conveying equipment, which has a large

those of universal belt type), wide range of application (suitable
for conveying gravel, limestone, coal, sand, clay, sintering sand

more than 550mm.)

etc.. And convey various bulk material with bulk specific weight of
0.5-2.5t/m3 within the scope of -15 °C ~ +40 °C of working
environment humidity.
3. The large inclination belt conveyor can also set horizontal
conveying sections of any length at unit head and unit tail for
connection with other conveying equipment.
4. The conveying angle of belt conveyor with sidewall is 0°~90°.
Introduction
Sidewall belt conveyor (also called large dip corrugated belt
conveyor) with a large inclination (90 degrees vertical) transport.

Working Principle

Belt Conveyor Machine (sidewall belt conveyor) is constructed by attaching a freely
stretchable rubber wave vertical "skirt" on both sides of the flat
rubber conveyor belt, and there is a certain strength adhesion
between the skirts, which and elasticity of the diaphragm form a
squat bucket for the material is continuously conveyed in the
bucket. DJ large inclination belt conveyor (sidewall belt conveyor)
can be widely used in coal, grain, building materials, chemical,
hydropower and metallurgy departments, and convey various bulk
material with bulk specific weight of 0.5-2.5t/m3 within the scope
of -15 °C ~ +40 °C of working environment humidity.
For materials with special requirements, such as high temperature,
materials with acid, alkaline, oil or organic solvents, special
sidewall conveyor belts are required.

lot of equipment floor space and completely solve the conveying
angle that ordinary belt conveyor can't reach.

investment cost is low, saving about 20% to 30% of investment
costs.
3. Compared with ordinary belt conveyors, bucket elevators and
scraper conveyors, this machine has superior comprehensive
technical performance.
4. The conveying capacity is large, up to 6000m3/h, and the
vertical lifting height can reach 500m.

to 400mm.
6. Smooth transition from horizontal to oblique (or vertical).
